#2188: #jhallaAdmin : a real long but a must read post ahead :p =D I just stepped into my 3rd year with TCS.You can count me one of techie geek or whatever because during last 7 years of my life always tried to have a smooth touch of various technologies being used within IT world.I still count me a learner coz noone is and could be expert in this rapidly paced IT world.Everyone need to learn and learn more without any speed break to count them in a good position here. I also possess good capability to look into marketing and money making side of my capabilities & work. I hadnt join TCS years back because I needed a job for survival but just to understand working of IT service sector. So that I could use all of this in my further plans in near future. During my collage time,developed 4 different webapps using Flash,Jason & Java, which are making us (a team of 5) earn more than 1.5 lacs per month. I never told this all thing to anyone within TCS just because they already treat me to be an alien and after knowing this, definitely they would declare me to be an inter-galactica. BTW no concerns Im now habitual of all this :D :D :D But reason of writing this confession is different one. When months ago heard about layoff activity in TCS, that news made me think seriously for a while. Just think, the company which used golden years of an employees life to grow among her competitors, is going to throw out those employees when they need her most to settle down and enjoy their life after getting married or having babies.So I decided not to give my golden years to this organization and decided to resign.When informed my PL & Managers regarding this they became unstable coz there is lots of dependencies on me. I m part of account-core-technical team, rapid-incident-response team and functional-impact-analysis team. Also being SPOC for three different technologies, it is much more that you expect from an SE. So everyone tried their best to let me withdraw my decision but I stood very firm on that.Told HR that because of this layoff concept I dont see my future within organization and it would be better to accept my resignation and instead you could let one senior not to get pink slip. Got same reply which you all have read on ultimatix that there is no such layoff activity. I also mailed same thing to Ajoy Mukherjee and got replica of same reply. But no concerns finally resigned. (Dont know that message of Ajoy Mukherjee on Ultimatix was in response of my mail or there would be many other TCSers who raised their voice). Since last six months working on one idea which could enable me to earn aprox 5-10 % returns on daily basis from automated share trading. And the concept is about to become reality very soon.May be would be able to get my first Audi A8 before my 26th birthday which is just 4 months from now .Thanks to TCS for letting me brush my techie and idea-machine nature. Now have to enjoy my remaining 59 days (Have to conduct KT for three ITAs against my role and also have to flirt with a lot of beautiful ladies @ Garima Park, Gandhinagar) in TCS at its best. Unforgettable memories & Friend.All those beutiful girls in/outside ODCs,cafereria,gymnasium (working out for untollarable figure ratios).Worse day for me would be,when have to surrender my access & ID card, knowing that not going to see such beauties at its best.I also possess a THARKI nature apart of all this. Never left a chance on passing comments or letting me down on my knees to propose some beauty.That is different thing that was out of luck all the time because not having very attractive personality. But really no offences on that. Also never hesitated to try on my ML/PL/Managers coz “where seen beauty my tongue rolls automatically”. Apart of all this, an aparting message to all of you!! If you possess some good skills, dont wait just quit.TCS is really not for you.And Who those are not so strong, firstly make yourself good and then quit.If I could do something to earn in lacs per month when was a collage guy, you all would prove to be really great having N- years of expirience in different highly demanded tech domains. There are alot of freelancer apportunities where you can earn more than 10 times of TCS payroll sitting on your couch at home.Start with android apps,browser utilities,web services integration,IT component communicators,server utilities,security-apps,process management stuffs and blaw blaw.Dont suppress your capabilities but brush them and trust me you will shine. And those who are not able to see clear beyond fog are free to contact me.I can direct you what to do and how to do. And finally going to miss all those beautiful ladies of TCS. “Are koi to rok leti”. But you all are running for good looking bandas, damn :P :P :P Just wait for a while will grab one of you (Kisi ko to geek pasand aayega). And at last -->> HAPPY NEW YEAR in advance for all fellas !!
