Youth For Future 22-27 october 2013 Wegierska Górka-Poland Dear Partners, On behalf of association Stowarzyszenie Porozumienie Pokoleń I would like to inform you that our PBA Youth For Future was approved . Please confirm that you received e-mail Please confirm your participation until 15 september 2013 Please send us asap your travel details Meeting point for participants will be in Krakow and we will arrange transfer to hotel Reimbursement of travel costs/visa costs - in cash during seminar The participants of the Youth for Future Partnership Building Activity are youth workers representing 14 organisations from 11 countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, Spain, Romania, Turkey and Poland. Our project will be held 22-27 october 2013. The project ‘s focus is on inclusion youth with fewer opportunities and youth policy on the level of our organizations. We aim to work together to prepare future Youth in Action projects, to set up good partnership, learn of tools and methods for high quality youth projects. The PBA working methods consist of a balanced mix of activities to share knowledge on non-formal education of youth with fewer opportunities (learn and teach), on how to be creative (work on future projects) and present youth work and ideas of partner organisations (find partners for future cooperation). PBA will be carried out on the basis of non-formal education methods such as brainstorming, discussions, small working groups, ice-breaking games, energizers and evaluation sessions. We expect PBA to result in new good quality projects adddressing and involving young people with fewer opportunities as well as in setting up reliable partnership. The main theme of our initiative will be: - youth and sport - inclusion youth from disadvantaged background - promotion of volunteering - activating youth potential that will involve social issues and their representation in media - European identity - integration of youth from various diverse social and economic backgrounds Our main idea is to build trustful and long term partnership that will turn into quality youth in action initiatives. We will share the experience and other useful and practical information with other less experienced regional NGOs as a natural outcome of this initiative. We will use below outlined methods: -workshops -role playing -energizers -ice-breaking games -outdoor activities -discussions and presentations, -small group exercises -creative session Practical info Number of participants 2 persons per partner Arrival 22.10.2013 Deaparture 27.10.2013 Place : Wegierska Górka, Poland ( Beskidy mountains ) Accomodation azalia.beskidy.info.pl/ You should look for flight tickets to Krakow or Katowice airport ( we will arrange transfer from there ) Please let us know the following arrangements as soon as it is ready: - name and contact mobile number of the representative participating in the seminar, - arrival and departure hours to Krakow or Katowice airport, - exact cost of the tickets. Please remember to bring with you : - all you need for the Intercultural Evening (some ideas: specialities from your region or country: food and drinks, CD with music typical for your country, quiz about your country, pictures, map, etc.) during the seminar there will be possibility to make Future Cooperation between participating organizations. So, feel free to bring with you the information about your organization, projects, etc. - original receipts of all your travel costs, boarding cards to receive reimbursement of travel costs , please bring also one copy of your travel costs - European health insurance card. The European Health Card is accepted in every country of the European Union. If you dont have it, you can get it easily. You should go to the office recharged with health affairs, and ask for your European Health Card. Its a little blue plastic card, and you can get it for free. Its valid in every EU country for 1 year. Or any other insurance is welcome (organizers are not covering insurance costs
