23-07-2014 >> (Faculty of LawUniversity of Kashmir)> Admission Notification No-1> It is notified for the information of all the candidates seeking admission to BA.,LL.B FiveYear Integrated Course in the Faculty of Law for the session 2014 that the candidatesbearing entrance test Roll Nos given hereunder have been selected provisionally to thesaid course(in open merit and reserved categories) purely on the basis of their merit. Theselection of the candidates is subject tothe production of original marks certificate/s ofqualifying examination, provisional, character, state subject and reserved categorycertificates for verification. The selected candidates should submit an affidavit duly attestedby 1st Class Magistrate to the effect that he/she is neither on the rolls of any institution noremployed in any Govt/Semi Govt. department nor has migrated from thisuniversity and isnot enrolled in any other course in this university or any other university/institution.> The reserved category candidates should also mention in the affidavit that in case theircategory certificate is not found valid by the competent authorities, their admissionshall be liable to be cancelled. Candidates as have qualifying certificates from OpenSchool Learning System shп¬have to obtain equivalence certificate/s from the J&K StateBoard of School Education and Academic Section of the University All the informationincluding the marks of the qualifying examination submitted by the candidates online will bere-verified from their original certificates. The selected candidates are directed to completetheir admission formalities latest by 10-O8-2014 upto 4 p.m. failing which they shall have noclaim over admission. The seats left vacant shall be filled up in accordance with the policy ofthe University. The candidates left out are advised to remain in touch with theDepartment.
