Forecast: Caraga and Eastern Visayas will experience cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms(TSTM) which may trigger flashfloods and landslides.The rest of Mindanao and Visayas,Bicol Region and MIMAROPA will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Luzon and from the Northeast to East over Visayas and Mindanao with moderate to rough seas.
