Meanwhile at 4:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 570 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao Del Sur (7.5N, 131.4E). Forecast: Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Davao Region and Northern Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Ilocos Region and Central Luzon will have cloudy skies with light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated light rains. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over luzon and visayas and coming from northeast to north over mindanao with moderate to rough seas.
