24 hours before we stand before Judge Isobel Parry (HC Cardiff) with the Local Authority seeking to end all direct contact between our children and us .. They have fielded the case of K (Children: Refusal of Direct contact) 2011 in which the father was denied any Direct Contact by the Court of Appeal - He had never harmed his children 1, 2 years & 8 years old. However, LJ MacFarlane & LJ Munnery both agreed to deny Direct Contact. I am gonna get a shoeing from this Judge I Parry. I just cant find a way out for us. Young Rico sent a drawing of his Dad & Himself holding hands with a heart above our heads and i cant do anything for him or his brother. I do feel completely useless and a disgrace to them!
