26 WEEK HEALTH TEAM CHALLENGE STARTS TOMORROW! Fort Carson is taking part in the U.S. Armys 26-Week Health Challenge. Its a self-paced, self-guided program that offers practical tips or goals to kick start healthy habits that can last a lifetime. The purpose of the challenge is to increase a persons performance by concentrating on three areas of life - sleep, activity and nutrition. Each week there are different goals to reach. AND NOW, Fort Carsons Army Wellness Center is hosting a 26-WEEK HEALTH TEAM CHALLENGE. Teams can join in the challenge at any time during the 6 months; they will conduct their challenges independently -- how to improve and measure the health and wellness of their team members; they can be any size or group of Active Duty, Family Members, Retirees and/or Dept. of Defense civilians AND the teams can receive a TROPHY for integrating the Performance Triad and showing the greatest improvement. 4th ID has already challenged their entire staff to participate!
