Take note that the certificate to be awarded are highly recognized and can help the attendees of the workshop to secure a lucrative job in Project Management, Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation, Data Analysis, Research Design, Data Collection as the Enumerator during the Surveys. Further, all participants at the end of the symposium shall be provided with DVDs of all the listed data analysis packages, plus the handouts in both hard copy and soft copy format. Government and Private Sector Research Practitioners, College Students, Job Seekers, and Interested Individuals specifically are encouraged to attend. 3) LOGISTICAL DETAILS ABOUT THE SYMPOSIUM Kindly note that venue for this first ever Blantyre symposium is Blantyre Girls Primary School, next to CCAP Grace Bandawe Conference Centre. The symposium “tentatively”, will be for six days with possible extension depending on the contents of the packages to be covered. The dates for the Blantyre Programme (weekends only) is Saturday March 1, 2014 and Sunday March 2, 2014. This will be followed by another session on March 9 and March 10, 2014, then the last session will be on March 15 and 16, 2014. As already alluded to, take note that the period might be extended incase the contents have been not fully covered. Despite the extension the price will remain the same. Each candidate shall be required to contribute a subsidized amount of MwK 25,000.00 on the day of the training, which covers registration fee, training fee, plus the handouts, software packages and certificates.
