27 days ago I made a life change and a huge decision I took a leap and I tried the advocare 24 day challenge while the price scared me although it wasnt a tremendous amount it was still a lot to somebody with minimal work hours and a husband who was laid off everything Ive tried over the years ive failed this is the one thing that I finally succeeded at. And I need to be healthy for my children especially with heart disease on both sides of the family I did this because I love them and I need to love myself so 24 days 10 pounds and over 6 inches lost off of my body I went and tried dresses on and for the first time in seven years I didnt leave the department store crying because nothing looked right I felt good and it inspired me to keep going.
