27 years ago, on the Naval Base in Yokosuka Japan, inside the Chapel of Hope, Fumiyo and I had a traditional wedding ceremony. There was a dress, tux, flowers and everything. It was a little more romantic than the previous month at the embassy. Happy second 27th Anniversary my dear! Recently retired, Navy Chief of Chaplains RADM Mark Tidd was a LT and the Chaplain on board USS Reeves at the time and presided over the ceremony.
