28 Day Bikini/Beach Body (Day 1!) Workouts are on POINT---Shaping U Fit Meals Are Healthy, Portioned, & Taste Amazing! Your Fitness Life Is Pretty AWESOME if you are a SHAPING U CLIENT RIGHT NOW! Yep! Yep! : ) Okay, welcome to day one New 28 Day Participants! Just so you know, I fully expect you to screw things up for the first few days or even week (everyone does, and that is just fine). But I also expect you to fix those screw ups by asking questions and dedicating yourself to getting things as close to perfect as possible. When you do that – you are in for some serious results. So in this post I will answer one common questions Here we go: 1) How often do I Bring in my food journal? You need to bring in food journals EVERY TIME you come in! (at least 3 x per week). We are giving you guys every tool yall need to succeed this time! EVEN ACCESS TO OUR VERY OWN SHAPING U CHEF!! SHE HOOKED US UP WITH THE FIRST 6 DAYS OF THE PLAN....I AM GETTING BACK NOTHING BUT GOOD REVIEWS ON THE FOOD! Get ready guys the new menu for week 2 of this 28 Day Bikini/Beach Body will be up in the next couple of days. P.S. I am thinking about letting ONE maybe TWO more people into this already close to full Bikini/Beach Body program.
