3-Day long Temi Tea and Cherry Fest 2014 Coordination Meet Today a coordination meet was held at Temi in South Sikkim headed by the Chief Patron of Temi Tea and Cherry Fest organizing committee Shri Garjaman Gurung , Shri Gurung is also the Area MLA. The coordination meet was attended by organizing committee members, Temi Tea Baord Chairman, Tea Estate Officials, NGOs, Intellectuals of place, NGOs, Toirism Stakeholders and general public to discuss about the proposed 2nd Temi Tea and Cherry Fest 2014 commencing from 14 Nov 2014. The meet discussed about holding 3 days long event in vibrant way to attract visitors by setting up stalls exclusively exhibiting Organic Produces, also for fun and entertainment Horse Ride at venue. The motive of the event is to bring Temi and the scenic natural beauty of place in global limelight of tourism destination place, told Chief Patron Shri GM Gurung to attending members. The Chief Minister Shri Pawan Chamling will grace the inaugural ceremony on 14 Nov coordination meet informed.
