This experience to me has been just humbling all the support and to be able to compete at that level is just an honor. I have to thank so many people for this Bio coming soon :0).Could not have done this without my amazing partner Rebecca and my parents, amazing friends,staff,And way more. I am thankful for my experience in such amazing kitchens and with such amazing chef I have worked under. The skill and technique at this competition was mind blowing . Just on the cake we used pulled sugar,hand piping ,string work ,hand painting ,modeling and so much more. I have not posted yet but we had 5 weddings this weekend and a lot of party cakes our staff was absolutely amazing thank you all . You know I absoluty love my job what kind of job can you be a part of such special times in peoples lives some of my brides are coming back with there 3rd babies birthday.
