3 weeks into the CrossFit Cerberus 30 day Paleo Challenge and eating healthy food is becoming habit. I have cheated a few times…Been to Subway twice for 6” Turkey and Veggie Subs and Planet Sub once. Also had 2 Corona’s, 2 glasses of wine, 2 pieces of pizza, 1 slice of cheese and 1 order of fries. But, overall it’s been a huge success. It got rough last week, but after some antibiotics for a Lung Infection, my body weight is comfortable and strength/energy is back up where it belongs…Even got 3 PR’s this week plus several 44.5” Box Jumps. I have to eat more food than the strict diet recommends, but it’s all very healthy food. The best news is that Terre hasn’t cheated as much as I have… She’s lighter, stronger and hasn’t had a Diet Coke in 3 weeks….incredible results. HUGE Thanks to CrossFit Cerberus with our amazing members and coaches.
