3 years ago when I was first starting out and had a target on my head that read pitch me, Im a noob I spent a lot of time on self development because thats what I was told every successful leader did.... I didnt really understand what direction to go, schedule to make or what money producing activities were until much later. Its funny looking back because Ive been in sales, customer service and marketing since I was 17, so Ive always known the secret. As you grow and increase the value you will be able to offer and share it with others. Increasing your knowledge and expertise will move you in the direction you want to go.... BUT... Income producing actives should be priority and know how to leverage your time efficiently. Put yourself in the way of successful leaders, theyre more welcoming than you think. Have a minimum 5 QUALITY conversations every day and stay consistent in this for 90 days before giving up or implementing another strategy-- dont go to bed until you get this done! Ive been on the phone, skype and hangouts a lot lately and the quality of people Im talking to increases daily. I am in awe of whats happening around me. #doepicstuff Instagram - Kellygolucky
