£30M PRICE-TAG ON LUKAKU AS CHELSEA PLAYS HARDBALL Romelu Lukaku will join up with Chelsea in Holland today after a £30M price-tag was put on his head. Everton are desperate to land the Belgium star on a permanent deal after he scored 15goals on loan at Goodison last term. Lukaku,21,also wants to make the switch for good. But Chelsea are playing hardball&have made it clear he will only be allowed to leave if a buying club is prepared to meet their hefty asking price. Didier Drogba’s return has shunted Lukaku down the Blues strikers’ pecking order behind Diego Costa,Fernando Torres&the Ivorian. Toffees boss Roberto Martinez has hinted at a possible club-record £24M offer but Chelsea have effectively priced Lukaku out of a transfer to Merseyside. On Tuesday night,Monaco signalled their interest in the striker,who has 2yrs left on his Chelsea contract,&Juventus are also keen. But along with Belgium team-mates Eden Hazard&Thibaut Courtois,Lukaku has been ordered to travel to Arnhem,where Mourinho’s men play Vitesse on Wednesday. Meanwhile... CHELSEA are refusing to print shirts with Thibaut Courtois or Romelu Lukakus names on the back. Starsport contacted the official Blues megastore yesterday to buy a Courtois goalkeeping strip. But a shop worker refused the request&said: Were not printing Courtois shirts because hes yet to be given a squad number. The same response was given upon asking for a Lukaku shirt. It adds to the speculation that both Courtois&Lukaku could be set for at least another season away from Chelsea.
