31 Days of appreciating my birthday Day 20: I think of the many people God has brought in my life over the years and Im amazed! My favorite one was Pst Maliya from Tz. He s been promoted to heaven but I thank God that I got to sit under his leadership. I was young in the Lord and loved to be in church . Buruburu KAG. or EAST used to be open 24/7. So I went to church and heard my pastor praying but I couldnt see him...so I waited until he came from his hideout...it was behind the podium! when he left I went and found a cushion he was kneeling on and as thick as it was, it had two holes because he used it that much! I held that cushion and wept... I told God to pour in me the spirit of intercession like my pastor had! I tried to beat him by going to church at the time he did and pray as long as he did but I never beat him.... He would pray for more than 4 hrs straight! I never talked to him or spent time with him but as a secret observer, Pastor Maliya taught me to be an intercessor by example! After he left I continued and my prayer life has never been the same! If you were a member of Buru East, you can testify with me that there was a spirit of intercession in that church and. thats why people would come from all over to pray.... I miss that...
