33 years ago my heart was shattered into smithereens (sp?) Lol. My Daddy went on to higher glory. Life changed forever and it has taken all this time to piece it back together again (and, not even). You didnt walk me down the aisle (although I KNOW you were right there with us at SAPC that Saturday evening in HWT). You are not physically present in the lives of your grandchildren; but we have done all we can to keep your memory alive in their hearts and minds. Daddy, you were one great human being, lent to us for just 50 years, but you made sure we all had a lifetime worth of knowledge in that short space of time. You will forever live on in our hearts as we know that our Redeemer lives and we shall see you, once again, on the last day - when the trumpet shall sound. til then, Daddy-O, watch over us and enjoy our milestones.
