#332 May, 2012 I was 18 then studying 1st yr BE-EEE. During the final exam time news about ouija board went viral in the hostel. Many tried it out and each one hav each diffrnt experience, some believed, others not. I was so curious to check out if there is any possibility for existence of so called spirits. Me and 3 of my friends decided to draw ouija board and to do. It was near 1o clock at midnight. We chose an unoccupied room in our seniors hostel as it was their vacation time. We switched off even the corridor lights and the entire floor is dark. We lighted a candle and sat down on the floor and placed a coin on the board. We were already scared of being alone in the hostel. 2 of my friends placed their fingers over the coin and we all started chanting Good spirit please come Good.... for 2 mins. Nothing happened and it turned out funny. Then I tried my hand. My friend suggested to call upon his dads spirit. So he began to chant very seriously. His dad died just 6 months before and so we didnt make any fun on him. We also joined him(controlling our laughter). After a while the coin moved. Yes.... it moved. Im sure neither me nor my friend moved it. I was just freaked. The other didnt believe and thought we are making fool of them. But its true , the coin moved itself. After convincing them we started asking many ques about THE spirit. It answered us by moving between the alphabets 2or 3 letters. Then this happened. My friend started talking with the board like... dad y dont u come home. mom is sad. I was scared to the most and took off my hand from the coin. We tried waking him up but he was not at all there, he didnt even blink. He continued chatting(!) and only his hand was moving over the board. We were waiting with fear bcoz we cant leave him this way. It lasted for 10 mins but seemed as days passing by. We then returned to our rooms and had a sleepless night. It was our friend who scared us. Now the whole incident seems funny but still my friend is emotional that he spoke with his dad(as he believes). So please dont make fun of him.
