$35,000: Basch & Keegan recovered a settlement for a Poughkeepsie woman who sustained soft-tissue injuries in a car accident. Our client was rear-ended by a teenage driver outside of the Arlington High School. Her minivan sustained damage to the rear door and brake light. Her injuries included neck pain and left shoulder pain. She received several nerve-block injections and returned to work within several months of the accident. Her lost wages were paid by No-Fault Insurance Benefits and were not included in the settlement. The case was filed in NYS Supreme Court, Dutchess County. This case was handled by John A.
