36 months of a correctional home.Out of which 9 months have already passed.Considered a juvenile at 18 when having been most brutal and rape + murder done with intent certainly not a juvenile act....9-10 months considered fast track judgement... Essentially nothing more than a light slap on the wrist.....can understand the juvenile clause for petty theft,embezzlement but for this ?? Why wouldnt our judiciary ,our government system & our bleeding hearts not be encouraging rape Time we realised our laws are antiquated.Time anyone after 14 not considered juvenile.Time nature of crime also considered before the juvenile asylum provided For someone who had perpetrated the crime with such cold intent and brutality ,what possible correction to that dastardly mind can be made in 27 months left.And by whom.Unless it was frontal lobotomy..... How can we put an end to all this total nonsense going on.
