4/15/14 Update on FRED HAMMOND. He had a little set back today and had to be intubated. This is the third time since the surgery. Hes not getting enough oxygen to his lungs, and is unable to breathe deeply. The shallow breathing is wearing him out. Also was informed that they are now testing for a bacterial infection, and c-diff. Family has to suit up to go in his room. Still no visitors. Please dont stop praying! Specific prayer requests: - Lungs open to receive the free flowing oxygen. - Get rid of bacterial infection - NO c-diff - Strength to fight through this difficult part of the recovery. - Receive proper nutrition for his body - Continue to pray for his doctors, nurses and family - Stamina, peace for his wife, Cynthia, as she has been living at the hospital for almost a month!
