4:25pm update: According to San Francisco Fire Chief Joanne Hayes-White, two passengers are dead, 130 were taken to local hospitals and 60 still are unaccounted. There were 291 passengers and 16 crew on board an Asiana Airlines flight 214 from Seoul, South Korea, that crashed while landing at San Francisco International Airport on Saturday.
