4 months ago today I could never have imagined I would be where I am now. Friday was my last day at Head Start and today I start a new job with great possibilities in my field of study. I say this because 4 months ago I was starting my recovery from the darkness of some demons and my postpartum depression. 4 months ago I could barely take a shower without thinking about every single step I needed to complete such a simple task. Today I dont take anything for granted and am so thankful for my friends, family, Phil and the help and prayers I received during such a dark time in my life. I say this now because I want people to know there is hope even when you think there is no possibility of it. I am not saying this because I want attention or feedback, Im saying this because chances are someone knows someone that could be helped by knowing things can get better. Im living proof so if this status can help someone you know please tell them. Theres always light after the darkness.
