40 years ago today - December 3, 1974 - I started as a Clerks Helper at AB #62 in Garden Grove at Grand Opening. In comparison to many of you on this board my time at AB was a cup of coffee -- about 7 years. But, I remember it because the money I earned at Alpha Beta helped me pay for college and buy our first home. During my working life I have had the opportunity to work for four great Orange County organizations -- Disneyland, Alpha Beta, St. Joseph Hospital and Orange Coast College. While I always enjoyed my work what I remember the best about all four places is the people I worked with and the good times we had at work and away from work.
