#4442 Here I seek not to rebuke anyone but to simply chastise just about everyone. Admin, whether or not you post this, it is up to you, but this is in my personal opinion for the greater good of the school. In the last two weeks or so, constant flaming of people seems to have become very common on this page, or to put it in a legal and more official and generalized way, defamation. You may think me biased because I am submitting this only after a friend of mine recently got flamed tonight 20/8, but I wrote this after much thought and consideration. While we students of this school have flamed certain people quite severely over these few weeks, some of them have ignored and continued as they please, some have retreated into a shell protective of bombardment, and some have just kept quiet. Submitting this, I also have in mind some of the posts lately that judge Junior 3 and Senior 2 students for getting somewhat involved in the complex affairs of the page and its posts in spite of their upcoming major external exams this year. I urge us students to not judge or flame Junior 3 and Senior 2 students as they too are students of this school and have the right to comment and relate to whatever they feel relevant to their lives being posted. In the end, it remains their choice and their own opinions that will compel them to get involved or not. I would also like to note that constant flaming in such a way can cause severe stress and peer pressure which would prompt some students into a minor state of depression. And I dont just say students but also ex-students, regardless of how incredulous they can get and how much we may hate them. Regardless of how much of nincompoops they are, what kind of arses they are, it simply isnt our place to hand out such ferocious opinions, even if they are atrociously pompous or their stand is incorrigible. The fact will remain that later in life, the only judge in the world will be society, a ruthless monster that overrides all hierarchy in the world. As such, I insist that we all be responsible students, let us have a change in the temperament of the posts on the page recently, standard and perpetually normal posts aside, we should at least maintain some moral integrity and end this defamation. I will not go on a long-winded blast as to what a defamation suit will mean despite a maximum judgement of Juvenile Court which would most likely prompt community service and imprisoning. Admin, my sincerest regards to you as I ask that youd obligate my request to post this for the betterment of the schools community but you are not obliged to even acquiesce to my request either.
