FQHC Express Care / After hours Clinics – Southeast Texas ($50+ per hour) Loan Repayment Eligible Sites at $20,000 per year of service – (Convenient to Houston) We are seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join multiple Express Care / After Hours Clinics in Southeast, Texas. The Provider would be work with Routine and Acute (non emergent patients) as well as patients with work related injuries. The Provider can anticipate an estimated patient volume of 20-25 patients per day in the clinic with excellent collaborative support and physician oversight at each clinic location. There are flexible shift schedules including working 3X12 hour shifts, 4X10s and traditional 5X8s. The clinic has On-site lab, X-Ray and EMR as well as a stable support staff. The base salary would start at $50 per hour (Depending Upon Experience) plus a comprehensive benefits package including, Medical, Dental, 401K with Match, $5,000 signing bonus and a $5,000 relocation allowance. Malpractice Coverage at 1,000,000/$3,000,000, $2,500 CME Allowance, and Paid Time off for CME 4 weeks of vacation. All dues fees and licensure paid for as well In addition to the full time position, the provider can pick up additional weekend shifts at $65 per hour in the walk in care clinic.
