#5 Wow what a day and evening. I remember lying in bed telling Randall about The Berner Oberland. My home in Kanton Bern in Switzerland. About riding the ship from Interlaken West to the city of Thun, across the Thunersee (The Lake of Thun). Eating lunch on the ship, and then taking the trai or bus from Thun,returning to Interlaken. Today I took him and did just that. We had two plates of Buck deer steak, with red cabbage, chestnuts, spatzle and good dry white wine from Valais Switzerland. Then at just before dusk arriving in. Thun we took a little risretto cafe and a nice walk. Returning on the train, in evening. Randall had his bike secured at train station. She we made our way home to Unterseen. And saw our buddy Walther who retired his hotel to drive his own taxi. I have been good friends with Walther for over 30 years. We went and had a drink at The Rstaurantstube Bren, and now came home. I got the bike for my love Randall , now his other hip is giving out and he has much difficulty walking. Got to get him to Thailand after I finish this new film project I start in Switzerland , after Paris and Strasbourg. Starting end of February...
