5 Year Girl Raped at Garacharma Port Blair, April 24: A five year old girl was raped at Garacharma today evening. According to preliminary reports, the incident took place at around 7.00pm near Garacharma Water Treatment Plant (Opposite R.K. Singh’s Residence), which came to the notice of the neighbours. The PCR was immediately informed and the victim along with the accused were rushed to the GB Pant Hospital for medical examination. Meanwhile PS Pahargaon informed that they have received the message and are waiting for the medical examination report of the accused to initiate further action.
