5 am early morning circuits .... Oh how I have missed you! Warm Up: Jump Rope 5 Minutes Bear Crawls, Lunges up and back, walks outs up and back 10 pull ups 10 leg lifts Main Set 25-.5 Run Max Pace 20 Burpees 50 Lunges Right 50 Lunges Left 3 Minute Plank .25-.5 Run 2 x 50 Jacks 2 x 50 Push Ups 50 Squats 1 Minute Side Plank – R & L Repeat. Ended up doing the second set at half of everything besides the ned side planks.. Kept those to a minute. Slowly easing the body back into the normal routine after injury and Death Race! Although I felt like I was dying during it all, the feeling afterwards was just AMAZING! Nothing better than getting the body and mind firing on all cylinders before 6 am. Typically makes for a much more productive day. Hope everyone has an amazing Monday.
