5 minute extra for THURSDAY! Its Another TOUGH one with MODIFICATIONS INCLUDED! Please share? Im hoping to get as many people to do at least 5min of exercise per day ;-) There always seems to be a decline in focus toward the end of the week so PLEASE keep on track till Friday! Dont let the week take over your time to stay fit. At least do this 5 min! Do each move for 1 min in addition to your normal workout. 1. Rotational burpees 2. 4 jump rope 2 moving tuck jumps 3. 4 jabs 4 split lunges 4. Single arm plank crunches 5. 5 count abs (slow count) -c cit -90 degree sit -v hold Good Luck!
