5 minutes ago, I found out one of my closest friends/business partners nominated me for the Spirit of Isagenix Award!! There are many successes in this business but there is NOTHING that will ever come close than reading a letter like this....Not even a million dollars could make me happier than when I read such an amazing heartfelt letter!! Amy is the most kind, caring, supportive leader/friend. She is always available to help not only her personally enrolled, her team of hundreds, but other product and business builders not financially linked to her. She took me under her wing and has shown me more love and support than anyone in my life. She has treated me as her personally enrolled since day 1. She has coached me over the last 10 months, offering me personalized meal plans, exercise plans, inspirational quotes, daily phone calls, weight loss trouble shooting etc as Ive released 70lbs. She has had confidence in me even when I have not had it in myself. She has been critical in helping me create a business, quit my job and quadruple my income as Ive reached 1 star golden circle in 8 months. She has such a firm belief in Isagenix and changes lives daily. She leads w/ her heart and truly does this because she feels EVERYBODY needs Isa, needs to feel great and needs to regain there lives back. She is the true definition of a leader, listening, valuing others opinions, and practicing what she preaches Amy is always available for 3 way calls whether it is product based or business. She runs an amazing fb group where not only she is available to answer questions but it has become a community, which takes grace, shared vision and hard work. It is the most amazing support group where everyone participates. She runs extra fb "challenges", gives away her pool money, shares recipes, exercise plans etc in order to help people as well as help her builders get there new people involved. Her post are always inspiring and I know she has not only helped me w/ weight loss and growing a business but she has been there for me w/ personal struggles. I know she has helped many team members w/ personal struggles such as death, possible suicides, illness, divorces, births, etc by being supportive. She is literally saving lives, not only by sharing our phenomenal product but by being a friend. Just the other day I was able to witness a man on our team thank her saying "If you would of not been there to talk to me, support me, offer suggestions etc. on the hardest day of my life, I would not be here today." She is a military mom of 4, 3 boys still at home w/ busy sports schedules, she is often the single parent while her husband is deployed, she has been able to balance Isagenix while never missing any of her boys games. She is a true inspiration, an amazing friend and in-compasses the true meaning of Isagenix out of every pore of her body. I am ridiculously blessed to call her my business partner, my friend.
