5 weeks out .... 2014 MM World Championships Of all the areas I have sculpted over the last year the mind has undergone the most change =) It is by far my favorite muscle! This year has been a all about team effort. I am so thankful to sponsors and to be surrounded by professional and knowledgeable support. From my husband and sons ever loving encouragement and support, to the physical therapy crew at Northern Edge Physical Therapy to W4L Wolfe4Life Training and Nutrition and wonderful family (blood and choice) and sponsors who have supported this venture for 4 years now.
