****50 % of us dont give a damn???**** Rural Karnataka which always scored more marks in SSLC/PUC has yet again scored over the urban. Voting percentage was more in rural regions and only 52% of the so called urban educated class in Bangalore care about the future of this country. These sick morons are good enough to visit malls, go shopping and for movies. I would not be surprised if some of these morons had planned a trip to murudeshwara gokarna for the long weekend >:( My friend who worked as an election representative apparently scolded many people who could not wait for even five minutes to find their names in the electoral list. We dont mind waiting at the stadium for many hours for a cricket match or for window shopping in the mall or at Inox to watch a third rate bollywood (s)hit movie. But we cant wait for 5 minutes to decide the future of our nation. To rephrase what our eminent scholar Subramanya Bharadwaj once said we are living in a country of idiots where the average IQ of the citizens and the leaders they vote for is less than 40 which is barely enough to peel a banana @Bangaloreans who did not vote yesterday: Shame on you >:(
