50 years since independence,more specifically 27 years of good harvest of funding should Ugandan central government ministries be paying for ground lent???? Assume each ministry pay lent of 200million per month then times 70 ministries= 1.4 billions approx. Then 1.4 bn times 12 months in a year= 16.4 bns multiply by 5 years ( term of office) for incumbent government find how much so far we have lost!!!!!!!!!!!!!. To me it possible that with that sum of billions we could have a proforma invoice for a brand new train or for a fleet of buses which could ease transport in our country. Buganda kingdom should be emulated for the foundation it laid for its future development instead of criticizing and undermining it when it ask for its assets for instance every county in Buganda kingdom has premises with strong structures which are housing numerous district headquarters, assume these buildings of the kingdom were not in place where would the district headquarters be? By the way can we be always updated about the debt many financial bodies owe to Uganda because many people may be misled by the numerous constructions going on country wide yet in future Uganda may suffocate and at the same time strangulated by debts.
