#505..not a PR but felt good to be back over 500, after injury and just other crap I let my deadlift kind of fall off over the last 6 months. Today I start Ed Coans badass 10 week dead lift cycle, looking to beat my PR of #515 and finish upwards of #540+.... little greedy but hey set them goals high!!!! #ProfessionalMeathead Week 1 Deads 1x2 75% Speed Deads 8x3 60% 90sec rests 3 rounds (90sec b/w and 2-3min after each round) Stiff leg deads x8 Bent over row x8 Chin-up/Reverse lat pulldown x8 Bent knee good mornings x8
