53 competitors faced the starters gun for this mornings 5km and 10km Scottish Club Races on the Wellington Waterfront. A decent Wellington northerly wind took the edge off times, but a lot of excellent performances were still recorded. Nick Horspool (33.29) and Amanda Broughton (42.10) were the fastest 10km runners, while Valentino Hernandez (17.26) and Sierra Ryland (19.41) were fastest in the 5km. Big thanks to Andrew Wharton for manning the turn around, and to Mandy Simpson for the successful launch of the clubs electronic timing system.
