#5370 RISE, a campaign that aims at eliminating all gender-based violence against women, especially rape, aspires to achieve the following objectives:• To change the mindset of Indian men at large in order to gradually eradicate gender discrimination, root and branch.• To motivate the public to come forward and intervene while coming across women in distress. Last year, on 16th Dec, a young girl was raped by a group of demented men in our capital city. It was her suffering that brought the youth of this country together to demand justice.
