54 Nigerian soldiers were yesterday sentenced to death by firing squad for refusing to fight Boko Haram (mutiny against the state). Aged between 21 - 25 years old, the soldiers joined the army in 2012. The prosecutor is Captain J E Nwosu and lawyer to the condemned soldiers is Femi Falana. Lt Colonel Timothy Opurum was the commandant of these soldiers. During his testimony he said the soldiers refused to obey his commands. Do you agree with this sentence?
