5th July 1977 is considered as a Black-Day in the democratic - TopicsExpress

5th July 1977 is considered as a Black-Day in the democratic history of Pakistan whereby General Zia toppled down the Democratic Govt of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto. The day on which many Political leaders were sent to Jails and a frivolous charge was framed against Mr Bhutto. The daily Dawn Newspaper of Rawalpindi Edition published the press conference of Nawabzada Nasurullah Khan, a veteran Political leader of the time with the caption of Daubs win, Hawks fail. Since the inception of Pakistan we are facing quasi-military rules but after the Reconciliation Policies of Shaheed Mohtrama Benazir Bhutto and the Coexistence Policy of Mr Asif Ali Zardari are bringing back to the democratic culture on right track. Hope for the best and Democracy is the best revenge.
