6:00pm session completed a Spartan Run.(Fartlek Training) it is a form of interval or speed training that can be effective in improving your speed and endurance and can be done on any terrain. It is good for all levels of fitness especially the beginner as you can make the fast legs as long or short as needed and Bootcamp Bribie does these sessions as always with a twist using the Torsion Bar calling it the "Spartan Run". All the members did exceptionally well tonight and I was pleased with the turnout. There was one stand out tonight and that was Laticia Pyne. Leticia worked extremely hard tonight and I believe she even surprised herself on how much her fitness has improved. She kept up with the front end of the group the whole way and ended on a high.
