6 years ago I was told my daughter had, a learning disability, it was recommended by the school that we leave her in her class but modify the level which she would learn, as this maybe the right thing for some children the key is doing the work to find out what is right for your child, we denied the offer and only agreed to accommodations, like extra time in tests ect. This weekend my daughter bought home her report from high school where she takes all advanced classes . She had straight As .. She has to work very hard to achieve this, always believe in your children and never let a Professional tell you what your child is capable of. Im so unbelievable proud of you Syd Spearing and I always will be !!
