60 Day Journey to Wellness—Day 21—Slow and steady wins the race! It is hard to believe I have been on this journey 3 weeks already. Some things continue to go well; others not! My weight loss was great the first week, but quickly slowed down to a more realistic loss thereafter. I have currently lost 14 pounds total! I am happy with this—it has been years since I have lost any weight. I am hoping to lose more this week, though, as I have again adjusted my eating habits. I continue to take Purple Tiger twice daily and know that this helps me greatly with my eating and portion control. I am not sure why I started this at this time of year—I am so busy right now! This week looks to be a no-spare-time at all week as I begin school and work on Sam’s wedding. I need to try to get exercise in somehow. Bible study is going much better. I continue to read parts of Matthew 5 -7 every day now. I am also more consistently dealing with the boys in a calm manner! (Perhaps the two go hand-in-hand!) I am not looking for any great changes this week—just consistency! How about you—what are you doing this week?
