#657... Hi, I am a mech Engg 2008 passout batch. April Fool’s day is one of the most special day of my life, yes I know it may sound strange but there is a story behind it and that story is my confession. During second year of my college I had this bet with one my close friend that I will propose any girl from our college on April fool’s day. The plan was that, if the girl reacts (and we actually never expected that someone will actually reciprocate to the proposal), we will just say she was our “”bakra”” for April fool prank. The choice of girl was left to me, I chose this girl from telecom department, since I expected the backlash of the proposal to be minimal with her. On April fool’s day when I actually proposed her, she said that she loves me too. At first , I thought that she knows about our plan and I am being made the “”bakra””, but she sounded sentimental about it and I decided to go with the flow. Later on, she became my girlfriend and we eventually got married and now are expecting our first baby in few months. To this day I have never actually mentioned to her that the proposal was actually a prank and God bless me that it never occurred to her either. Male 32 #Admin- Wow my friend tried the same thing and logic a couple of years back. All he got was a ,Are you kidding me? On 1st April? text.. :p Anyway ,happy for you bro.. Congrats n live a happy married life, thanks to you many girls are gonna get proposals on 1st April :v :v
