7/29: 6:00 AM MP5-Spartan Training. A bunch of MIAs this mornings. Decided not to listen to the little voice telling me to lower the reps. Glad I didnt listen... ;) up to 20 lbs on the weighted vest this week (felt like an angry monkey was on my back the whole time..wouldnt let me take in air with his legs wrapped around my rib cage!! lol) BRUTAL! WORKOUT: straight thru FOR TIME. Technique is everything. Dont compromise! Took me 30:27 (20 lb vest) -BURPEES (pushup with OH clap): x40 (MOD: x30) -KB (45 lbs) Duffle Carry: x1 (around training area perimeter ~150m) -Run: 400m -BURPEES (S/A Alternating with OH clap): x40 total (MOD: x30) -KB (45 lbs) Duffle Carry: x1 -Run: 400m -BURPEES (S/L Alternating with OH clap): x40 total (MOD: x30) -KB (45 lbs) Duffle Carry: x1 -Run: 400m -BURPEES (with OH clap): x40 (MOD: x30) -KB (45 lbs) Duffle Carry: x1 -Run: 400m -Push ups: x80 -KB (45 lbs) squats: x80 -Plank Alt knee-to-elbow: x80 total -Run: 400m
