7 Reasons to get rid of Gregor Blanco. 1) Blanco has not made an error all season so he clearly doesnt fit in with a team ranked 23rd in all of baseball in errors. 2) His season batting average is .249 on a team which ranks 20th in all baseball and which also has a season batting average of .249 proving that Blanco is just imitating others on the team. 3) Hes hitting over .300 over the last 40+ games, again proving he just doesnt fit in on the Giants who really sucked at the plate during the same span. 4) Steals too many bases ... obviously, hes showboating on a team which skews to slow running players. 5) His salary of 2.5 million means other players, not hitting and being paid more probably feel the need to pay for his meals on the road. 6) Blancos salary instead could be used to manufacture more Baby Giraffe hats which would inspire Belt to raise his batting average to at least equal Blancos. 7) Many highly knowledgeable fans on the Facebook K&K page insist hes no good and must go...and of course, they know more than idiots like Bruce Bochy and Brian Sabean.
