7 Things We Learnt From Crystal Palace Vs. Chelsea 1. Mourinho remains the Special One and can still win the league with Chelsea - the pride of English football. Mathematically, the league is still open, but realistically, Arsenal are out of the title race, so as Liverpool, ignoring whatever they play against Tottenham. Reason being that they still have a game with Chelsea and would be thrashed as usual. 2. John Terry remains the best defender in Europe. His partnership with Cahil has conceded the least number of goals (24) in EPL this season and of course, with the amazing skills of Petr Čech - the best goalkeeper in the world. 3. Fernando 9 Torres has no place again in the team. We should count our losses the same way Liverpool did on Carrol. Sell or send him back to Liverpool with a thank you card, embossed with colour Blue. 4. Mikel still has a part to play for Chelsea. Matic is prone to error (especially his passes) and needs time to mature. He lost possession for over 24 times yesterday. 5. Chelsea is the only team that thumped Arsenal 6-0, hammered Tottenham 4-0, beat Man United and destroyed Man City home and away, only to lose against clubs like Crystal Palace, Aston Villas etc. Small teams should be very scared next season. 6. Its worrisome that the Blues Soldiers are now playing like the north London feeders team - pass, pass, pass and more passes in box 18! 7.
