7 blasts in Patna on day of Modis rally and security was lax? The new secular state already pays the price for being lax after the recent Gaya blasts. Bihar the hotbed nexus for Bangla illegals, SIMI and IM nexus after UP is a security hazard and yet the only border state with lack of specialized anti-terror forces. I can understand not wanting to harass innocents to be secular but not even recognizing terror threats and setting up strong response forces and imbalancing citizens security is something I dont understand. Just because states can wash their hands off and avoid responsibility by paying compensation does not mean they can avoid this responsibility. Its time protection of citizens life and security is the paramount of our constitution and maybe we need SC to come up with forced guidelines on errant states playing votebank politics at the expense of national security!
