7 lbs in 2 weeks... (Gym everyday and eating super healthy) It is so worth it once you get past the first couple weeks of pain. But you have to be willing to give up things, it is hard when you go out to eat and all your friends are getting deserts, pizza, and subs. But if you stand your ground, there are some really yummy healthy foods out there!! Also the gym, SO FUN! Get someone to show you around, and ignore the people around you, Getting healthy is not embarrassing, its something to be proud of!! (: So if i can do it!! YOU CAN! (:
