7 years ago when i was at the height of my career (consistent DL, active in various orgs&extra curricular activities, etc.) We (Jun and I) received an unexpected special gift from Him and it was as if a 360° turn for both of us and even to our families, we knew it would be a tough decision yet the best and right,to keep our child.. A lot walk out from our lives yet the few chose to accept and stood by us.. Others were prejudice yet those genuine people defended us.. Despite of our flaws,we grew stronger as each day passed until the day came i bore Cianthy..We became so protective of her and by all means well not allow anybody to hurt nor displace their disappointments to her..We are not perfect parents but we raised her the best way we could until she reached the rightful age to go to school.. We were not able to send her to montessori/play school/nursery, she was not even able to attend advance summer classes yet we knew in our hearts that she is equipped with our love, guidance,and as they say parents especially moms are the 1st teacher of every child..Jun&I worked hard to send her to school&choosing our Alma Mater The Holy Child College of Davao was a good training ground for her..I am just so thankful that at school she gained not only lessons but also friends, she met her 2nd moms(teachers&even my ka-Berks) but most especially she was spiritually molded to be a better Christian..I am so proud that she excelled (ika nga nila pareho daw kami pero sabi ko di niya ako napantayan dahil nilagpasan pa nga nya ako)..As our daughter became pounds heavier,inches taller,months wiser,more responsible&mature than she was then I looked back that 7years ago and said to myself my career is useless if she,my cianthy,is not here..for those who mocked and judged us especially me,I thank you,for you were able to bring out the best in me..And for those genuine people who never let go of us,look at our Cianthy now shes MOVING UP!!! #proud parents #CIANTHY our priceless jewel and our greatest achievement #kudos to the graduates #1st grade here she comes #emo mode pag abot kay cianthy
